sorry if repost

“Coach Weis is a professional caliber coach,” Tate said. “I knew I was going to have a headstep when I decided to pursue my dream and play professional football. That’s one of the things going into college I understood.”

Weis is now the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs. Tate wouldn’t mind ending up there.

“It’s always going to be a dream to play for the head coach who taught me how to be a receiver,” he said.

It's possible---if he falls to the 2nd round

After that 40 time....he's not making it out of the 1st round.

Never heard the word "headstep"...i guess its the same as "headstart"?

5' 10", 196 sounds a little smallish.

If he gets past Baltimore in the first, I'll be shocked. Reminds me of a faster Hines Ward. He's got a good attitude and seems to really work hard.

There is still going to be a ton of 1st round talent in the second round

Which is good because we will take a second rounder in the first :)

And then we get two shots at a 1st rounder?

I thought his 40 time was going to be a problem? I remember seeing something that it was about a 4.5 - 4.6 which would knock him out of the 1st round and into the 2nd?

I would take Tate in a heartbeat in the 2nd.

1. Jimmy Claussen, Notre Dame
2a. Golden Tate, Notre Dame
2b. Reginald Q. Longdick III, Northwestern Montana School for the Blind and Gifted

I would love to have Tate. He could even play a Percy Harvin type roll and be put in the backfield at the same time as Charles in a pro set.

TD pass today.

TD catch today.

7 total TDs this year.

We took Dex and Arenas instead.

Do those two guys have 7 TDs for their CAREER? LMAO

We get how big a failure Pioli has been without you bumping old threads. I knew you'd get annoying when your off season predictions came true but I didn't think you'd be this bad.

I'd rather bump an old Tate thread than start a new one. Sorry.

Don't understand why you hate Dex so much. He is the least of our problems.

Yes, players with 5 turnovers in 37 touches are valuable contributors to getting Pioli fired.

Happy with his production this year. Major factor in Pioli's coming death blow.

For a minute, I thought we were dealing with the lineman that Carl pissed off.

Yeah, and fuck HIM too.

Every player is the least of our problems.

That's the beauty of it all. They're all chipping in and doing their part to make this team lose football games.

You can cut McCluster just as much as you can cut the slapdicks in our secondary and half of our defensive line.

Oh, and ALL of our QBs, of course
