Sherron has really been struggling, and some of the time (more so last year than this year) he tries too hard. Like when he felt challenged by Flynn against Syracuse and Lucas against Michigan State (the first game), he went away from any sort of team game and started jacking up dumb shots.

A layup by Cartier Martin and a jumper by Clent Stewart gave KSU a 50-47 lead with 4:16 remaining. IMHO KSU will not fall below a #2. they have been strong all year and have been getting tons of love in AP + coaches polls. They are a lock for a first day bye in the Big XII tourney... even an early exit won't screw them this year.

I have no idea what KU is going to play like after a WTF performance on Saturday. Could have a ton of passion and out for blood or could be in a funk (which I doubt, but will fully embrace). I really would rather not, the coaches are just tradition. Tex / Cotton, etc was / were very good coach's @ KSU. Many times the fans get this dislike for a school, the team, mascot, but I do usually leave the coaches alone for the most part. That is unless unless he is a crook and degrades the game with his style of play or recruiting.
