It didn't even count. Impressive but meaningless.

Rough night for my Knicks

Rough night for my Knicks

Fuck the two points. The act itself was disgusting.

The reason it didn't was because of a defensive foul on the passer. It's not like Lebron bricked the shot, or stepped out of bounds, or did anything other than dunk the ball in the ickiest possible way given the situation.

I want him to stay in Cleveland but if he leaves I want it to be to the Bulls. I hate NY teams.

why doesnt this guy do the slam dunk contest? its like they picked a few random guys to do it this year, when lebron would at least put on a show

I think he probably ends up staying in Cleveland but Chicago seems like the most attractive destination if he does leave. I may be completely off on this guess but I think it is pretty realistic that the Kicks end up landing two second tier stars with their cap money this summer.

Maybe its just that I have seen so many dunks that are similar to this one, but I didn't find it all that spectacular.

Maybe its just that I have seen so many dunks that are similar to this one, but I didn't find it all that spectacular.

Please find me a single dunk that has these components:
A. An under thrown, semi-shitty assist for an alley oop
B. Dunker catches the ball at waist level
C. LOWERS the ball to below his waist to the knee area before he
D. Brings the ball back up above his head whilst still in the air and then
E. Jams it in backwards
F. While in live action during a game (not a dunk contest).

If the dunk that you find meets all of these criteria or is even VERY similar, I will give you 5 pos reps and all of my casino cash. It should be easy to find one, since you've seen so many.

Other wise I am calling bullshit, and you owe me 1 pos rep for being a dunk snob.

I don't understand how a person can sit back and scoff at this amazing dunk.

Vince Carter is a piece of shit but he still has the best in game dunk ever.

AGREED.

Nuts in a 7 footers face.... no, wait.... over his head. Never again will that be seen in game.

This, however, is the best OOP that I've ever seen in game.

LMAO God, I love that picture.

That was an awesome dunk. I don't get up too much for basketball anymore, but I saw that last night on Sportscenter and when I did, bricks were shat.

I agree on that. It isn't even remotely hard for him to do crazy dunks, and no traffic in his area. It is a cool play, but nothing surprising. Dante says otherwise, but the pass gave him a pretty nice lead given the speed involved. Nice dunk not not insane given NBA players skill levels.

NY would be an unwise bet.

Knicks are awful.

The Knicks are in total disarray. The season has basically taken a back seat to getting rid of all the bad contracts that Isiah left the team with. On that point they've done very well. The only remaining albatross is Eddy Curry.

They only have four players under contract for next year. Wilson Chandler, Danilo Gallinari, Toney Douglas, and Curry. The first three have very good potential while Curry will be a nice trading chip because of his big expiring contract.

They've basically razed the team in order to rise up from the ashes anew. I'm hoping they build the team right this time instead of digging a deeper hole the way Layden and Isiah did. New York Loves its basketball and will treat a winner like royalty. Any player should love the idea of being a winner in New York, IMO.

Heh, I forgot about that one. I was thinking about VC's reverse 360 dunk. That was just crazy. I remember my dad just turning the tv off after it happened.

Ah man I'm envious.

I'm getting to see Durant v Kobe at the end of the month. Looking forward to that. But I would like to see Lebron at some point sooner or later.
