I feel that we will do well in the draft with what we have for draft picks. But I think Getting another pick wouldn't hurt. Here is the hypothetical draft trade between the chiefs and the bengals

Chiefs Receive: Pick no. 54 and 84

Bengals Receive: Pick no. 36

That would give us picks 50, 54, 68, and 84 on the second day.

I know some of you like that pick close to the top of the second round, but adding a pick in the third would make four picks on day 2.

(And yes, I used the NFL Draft Value Chart for this trade)

Thoughts?

But, I wouldn't trade that #36 for that at all. That is basically a first round pick, and there isn't a huge deal of difference in this draft from about 25-40

fair enough, and yes that is a scary profile and that is why it is mine.

There are reportedly 50 prospects that carry 1st round grades this year. Trading #36 would take us out of the running for any of those.

2nd round is gold this year .... we want to trade for more 2nd rounders, not less. imo.

What about trading down to #7 to Cleveland for an additional third? We probably lose Berry, but we can still get Clausen, OL, or Dan Williams.

I'd do that or even trade into the teens to acquire another 2nd .We need all the additional picks we can get .
