Easter and Christmas have been ruined by the secular community, it's meaningless to most people now. It's a day to find easter eggs and get a basket of candy, no one cares the true meaning of Easter. It saddens me.

Take a minute out of your life and do some homework.
Like Christmas is to Saturnalia, the Easter celebration is from the pagan fertility goddess, thus the eggs and bunny rabbits.
None are bible based and are basically returning to their origin roots.

FWIW Jesus ask us to continue commemorating his death and what it stood for....not his resurrection.
