I did once around 20 years ago. It was truly one of the most awe-inspiring things I have ever seen.

I love the whole concept of Space exploration, new technologies, frontiers and all that but really, this mission is about adding some "Science Racks?" FOOK that. We need some new ships, new ways of making some money by mining asteroids and the moon. We need mass drivers and ships to deliver them so we can move asteroids around that may threaten us and finally we need space tourism so we can get up there and see for ourselves. In general we need some Captain Kirk all up in this shit with a sense of adventure. I'm tired of looking at high IQ power nerds eating M&M's in Zero G while flying around in a 1972 shuttle that may blow up every 200th mission on average. Who gives a shit about that?

yeah, I was going to go see that one launch.. Launched on time and everything! Unfortunately, the girlfriend couldn't go with me, so we postponed it. Only three more launches to go and then NASA gets put back on the shelf until we can think of a way for it to help our strategic mission or spawn off military contributions. Sad to see it go.

And it is crazy that the Shuttle technology is so old.

We're going down for the launch window in May. Hope like hell they hit it. If nothing else it will be cool for the kids to see Disney, the beach, etc. and get out of school for a few days.

You forgot to add light sabers and Wookies too. What the hell is holding us back!
