Tebow in first round is gaining momentum (http://blogs.nfl.com/2010/04/06/tebow-in-first-round-is-gaining-momentum/) <!-- p class="post-info-author">By Frank Tadych</p -->

OK, NFL Nation, back to Tebow Watch (http://blogs.nfl.com/tag/tim-tebow/).
The momentum has been mounting, the speculation increasing, that Tim Tebow has moved up in the draft to the status of an early second- or late first-round pick. That chatter hasn’t slowed. In fact, it seems to be gaining traction.
In a look at the market for Tebow last week, analyst Pat Kirwan noted Tebow’s stock was on the rise (http://www.nfl.com/draft/story?id=09000d5d81741713&template=with-video-with-comments&confirm=true) as he handicapped some potential landing spots. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, for one, is on board (http://blogs.nfl.com/2010/03/24/carroll-expects-tebow-will-be-first-round-pick/).
And with less than three weeks until the draft, another informed insider, Michael Lombardi, reiterated Tuesday the Bills have “strong interest” and Philadelphia could be in the mix now as well.
“I think Tim Tebow will be a first-rounder before this is over,” Lombardi said on Path to the Draft (http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-network-path-to-the-draft).
I got a sneak peek at Charles Davis’ Mock Draft 2.0 due out on NFL.com Wednesday, and I’ll reveal that he also has Tebow going in the first round.

I fully expect someone to reach and take a chance on him.

You know, if I was a fan and they drafted Tim Tebow on my team in the 1st round. I think I might have to unleash a clip on the GM. Then I would proceed to cry, and end my own life in front of TV camera's in a high speed chase w/ police.

If anyone takes him in the 1st round, they're kinda stupid.

Even the 2nd is a stretch. But, hey, as a Pats fan, they have three 2s so, what the hell, I wouldn't mind that much.

I can imagine all the hell that would break loose if the Chiefs took him fifth, though. LMAO

Why does Pat Kirwan always reaffirm how retarded he is?

Any team taking him that high is making a major reach. The only thing I've seen that he has right now on an NFL level is his heart. This guy is going to take some major work and will fall back into old habits rather easily. He may take 3 or 4 years to even start to pan out.

I wouldnt take him as an UDFA. I think he's garbage. I can't think of anyone who's more product of the system type player than Tebow.

Hell will freeze over before tebow even comes close to being a HOF.

Hopefully this kind of bullshit gets Tebow to attend the draft.

Awkward moments in the player room FTW!

Why the hell would Philly be in the mix for Tebow???? I'm pretty sure they are sold on Kolb.

I can't see anyone reaching for Tebow in the 1st, and in later rounds someone could take a flyer on him just for his heart and athleticism...but not as a quarterback...at least not to start with.

I dunno, he's a friggin' football player. There is room for guys like him in the NFL, but not in the first round.

If Philadelphia took him, just think of how many wildcat options they'd have.

Who cares when he's drafted. He's already banking:

Tebow signed a Nike endorsement deal worth a little less than $300,000 per year minus incentives, according to ESPN on Monday.
