I love it. I prefer it over oven baking which dries out the chicken. I use the indoor version rotisserie machine.
Do you use grill?

Alton Brown says those things suck.
The small enclosed space holds too much moisture and the meat ends up getting steamed as much as cooked by the elements. I don't have one for my grill, but would like to take one for a spin.

I agree on Rotisserie Chicken - it's my favorite by far. But I don't have the means to make it at home.
That rotisserie looks interesting. I'll have to look into something like that.

Learn to bake your chicken and it won't dry out.

get you a little cheap bullit smoker from walmart. Start your fire and water to pan. leave it alone and let smoke for 4 hours.
Only thing them little jobbers are good for.

i do that. it's good but rotisserie gives it a different taste for me. less trouble with burnt chicken too.
