I think that was the first time it happened to him, this time he might have gotten away with more. Isn't it strange the lady went straight to the poilce and filed charges rather than a bullshit lawsuit to try and settle for money?

Yeah, I read that as well.

Guess there wasn't the evidence to charge him, or there may have been evidence that made it clear that it was all a bullshit claim to begin with.

Personally, I think they've both been money grabs, but Ben has to fucking learn he just can't be in places like this.

I don't think this proves that he's not guilty. It only proves that there's not enough evidence. I still wonder why the bar decided to magically erase pieces of their surveillance tape.

I think he's probably not guilty. But there's definitely some ultra-shady shit in here.
