Per Adam Schefter.

Wonder if that means he'll be traded during the draft or sooner.

ROFL @ Them not getting a 1st for him.

It's the first step towards a trade... very nice!

signing the tender doesn't mean anything about the trade.

he would of had to sign the tender before they traded him anyway.

I doubt they'll get the R1 they covet, but they should be able to parlay this into something very acceptable.

Marshall wouldn't sign the tender unless one of two things happened.

1. He was assured Denver was going to give him a long term contract.

2. He was being traded to a team who was going to give him a long term contract.

I bet DEN lets him go for a 3rd after his crybaby fit last season.

Well, too bad the market was set by the Steelers.

Not exactly... granted, the team wanting to acquire him will point to Holmes' deal, but they would be better off just keeping him. That's not the new market price.

At some point... he had to sign it, but thanks for narrowing down his only two options.

It assures that no one was giving up a 1st for him. And seeing as how Adam Schefter isn't even mentioning the chance of him staying(seeing as how he's the biggest Denver homer on tv), I'm pretty sure BM is gone.

Im sure they'll get the second rounder they want for him. I'd LMAO if they got anything less.

2b and 5a for him :D

 Yeah, okay.

Of course Holmes set the market, with his fewer receptions, yds, and TDs in his career to go along with the pending 4-game suspension to start this season, Denver should take a 5th and run at this point.

I think they're looking at a R2 and a R4, maybe a R2 and a player... will be interesting.

2B and Cassel and you got yourself a deal.

Trade Cassel and a 5th to Denver for him, draft Clausen.

He didn't have to do shit until June. Dumervil, Orton, and Scheffler still haven't signed their tenders.

Marshall wants big money expect a trade or a contract extension in the next week or so.

I wouldn't mind giving our 2ed B for him.

I'll call it...

Marshall will be traded to the Bucs. They have a bunch of picks, they'll send Denver their second selection in R2 (pick 10, 42nd overall) and their R3 (pick 3, 67th) overall.

Tampa still has R1P3 and R2P3... they'll send the second R2 and R3 for Marshall, leaving them with 7 other picks.

Hell of a deal.

Brandon Marshall

Should scare the shit out of 31 teams with what he can do on the field, should scare the shit out of the 32nd team with what he can off it.
