Everything they make for breakfast with the exception of their omelet sandwiches are fairly healthy.

Those omelet sandwiches though have as many calories and fat in them as a Big Mac.

Until they offer scrambled eggs and bacon in between two pieces of chicken I'm not interested.

I imagine the eggs would have to be microwaved. They don't have cooking utensils in Subway.

They've been serving breakfast in small towns around NE for a long time. It was always pretty good. I haven't tried any of their new stuff.

OK, the worst part about all of them? The egg. It's one of those sponge-looking fake egg patties from a plastic package from the fridge. Sigh. If only Subway had enough room to build a little griddle and fry a real egg.

I always had their 6 inch omelet sammich on Italian herb bread.
It wasn't bad, really. But like flopnuts said, really high-calorie.
