Here is the question:

Would we draft Bulaga either with the #5 or (or any top 10ish pick from a trade) with the intention of playing him at right tackle indefinitely.

I'll make a poll...I am curious what you all think..

PLEASE note: I am asking what you think Pioli and the front office would do, NOT what you would do or what we SHOULD do. I am asking if you think it is a possibility in real life.

Hmmm....Curious that everyone seems to 'hope not' but no one is willing to say 'no' or pick no in the poll...I am guessing this means you all hope not, but think it may be a possibility?

Oh nm, results are comin in now..

If they're going to pick an OT it's going to be Trent Williams.

No. If they pick him, he's the starting left tackle unless Albert has an epiphany, then he'd be the starting right tackle.

Either way, it's acceptable. Both positions of importance and at least he has experience playing the tackle spot coming out of college. It definitely wouldn't be as asinine a pick as taking a guard with a top 15 pick or anything dumb like that.

Yeah...lets have a guy better suited to play LT start at RT, and a guy better suited to play RT play at LT. Brilliant!

if the do such a dumb** pick to begin with; at #5 that dude should never play anything but LT from day one.

I hear there is a hot tub time machine around here somewhere that might be able to grant you that wish and have you rethinking that statement...

The Baluga rumors were pretty much said to be B.S. anyway. There is no way they were taking him because of Ferentz.

If we draft Bulaga period I will vomit.

ROFL No, but I can think of a couple posters on this board who would give Ferentz one if KC selects Baluga.
