I was in Hooters about a month ago with a couple of friends. There was a Cards game on and it went to something like 20 innings. Pretty impressive. I'm not a huge baseball fan; but I can appreciate that. So we're watching this game and conversing while 12-14 Affliction shirt wearing douchebags are watching some shitty MMA match behind us.

These guys were all so into this grappling match that I was positive at least one of them was going to pull out his hard-on; stir their pitcher of beer with it and them beat his dick onto the bar stool until it disintegrated into deviled ham. A perfect representation of your typical group of MMA fans.

I can appreciate the sport. Hell, I even enjoy watching the most recent Fedor fight. I won't ever be that kind of Badgranny MMA fan.

I don't give a shit about the technicality of the grappling holds, it's just not interesting to me to see guys wrestle around on the ground trying to tap each other out. Hell I can see that on any given night when the bars are letting out. I enjoy the hitting a lot more. I'll take boxing any day.

That is so true, baseball used to dominate, it wasn't even close. Big money free agency, strikes and bad owners have ruined the game IMO.

I would prefer the NBA to adopt the same policy as the NFL, in regards to players being eligible. College BB is where it is at, but the NBA is fun to watch live.

That drives me fucking bonkers, etiquette is a huge part of the game. Getting in front of others, is the one that really bugs me. The game is difficult enough, human distractions aren't necessary.

I could play 18 holes without saying a word, but I always seem to get hooked up with mr. Chatty.
