Didn't he used to MC the Bulldog Bob Brown and Rufus Freight Train Jones tag team matches? (That's when pro wrestling was good, and not this goofy junk they throw at you today.)

Rufus wrestled the Midwest, and the JYD wrestled the southeast, getting signed on with the fledgling WWF in the '80's.

That is so weird to see those guys. After the wrestling promotion went belly up I worked with a bunch of them at the Woodlands. Rufus, Bulldog, and the promoter guy, Bob Geigel (sp?) all worked security at the track. Nicest guys too, especially Bulldog Bob Brown... Just thought I'd share.

That's really cool. I was a huge fan of Rufus R. Jones growing up.

I don't recall him being a part of "ALL STAR WRESTLING" back then. I know the ring announcer was Bill Kersten.
