-He is also known as KC_CHIEFS_06, chiefbowe82, chiefsplanet21, and a handful of other names.
-He originally lost his thread starting privs under one of the old usernames for starting threads with misleading titles.
-He has been temp banned on no fewer than 5 occasions for some sort of stupidity or another.
-He eventually had a couple of those accounts perma-banned because he came back trying to circumvent a temp ban.

Feel free to do your own research into the matter and decide his fate.

Perhaps a good compromise would be to let him have thread-starting priviliges, but only if he provides his name and the name of his employer to a selected group of chiefsplanet veterans. As long as his threads are reasonable, the phone lines stay silent.
