But I'm trying to wrap my head around the logistics of the situation. Clearly, they are on the top level of a multi-level parking structure, or at the very least a cordoned parking area, evidenced by the wall surrounding. Does SM have a rash of untended multi-level parking structures. Every one I've been in has a ticket dispenser at the entrance and a pay structure at the exit, or an automated entrance/exit barrier with an RF detector for cardholder only structures.
