I'm torn.

If you think about this from the kids POV, it's just harmless fun playing dress-up. And from the adults POV it seems about the same as Will Ferrell's Landlord sketch (minus the swearing).

The reason it's at all disturbing is because

1) It's on the internet for the world to see (including freaks).
2) The whole trend of freakshow parents putting their toddlers through beauty pageants

This seems to be the anti-#2 and seems TIC unlike those pageants.
