So i finally got tranferred to the taco beuno on admiral here in tulsa first week gone good. Then second week roll around i find my hours cut down to only 10 hours. Then i found out that i was hired to help them out while someone was on vacation. I thought i was hired to be a closer not be a part timer.

Seriously kcnut, kchero is right on this. I would look for another job, there is no honor code with fast food employment. They are going to use and abuse you. My friend is a manager at Taco Bell up here in Columbus, and he said it's his job to hire people, work them like slaves, and pay them like mexicans, and then replace them when they quit.

Use a rich guy accent. Can you do a Mr. Howell voice? That way you'll sound important. Tell them you're interested in hiring Mr. big nasty kcnut to run your vast empire. That should impress them enough to get his hours back to full time.

Go to a temp agency and see what is out there.. unfortunately lots of companies are now hiring contractors for everything to save money on their end.. But most are fulltime at 12+ bucks an hour until you can find a real permanent job.
