Good time to refi

Rates are really low. I forget who our planet mortgage guy is(Lundberg?), send me a PM, I am considering a refi.

I wouldn't mind doing it, but I want to GTFO of this neighborhood sooner rather than later.

If you're going to be in your home for 5 years or less, be sure to ask about an FHA 5/1 ARM. This will lock in a REALLY low rate (think 3.5% in some cases) for 5 years, and then can adjust 1% on the 6th year and so on. I've seen some unbelievable loans lately (3.15% 5 year lock, etc.)

I'm in the same boat, just don't think it'll happen anytime soon unless I wanted out with no equity.
