These are 2 sausage patties with sauteed (in leftover morning bacon grease) jalapenos and mushrooms and cheddar in the middle. I sauteed that shit and then smooshed that and the cheddar between the 2 patties and grilled.

I put it on a bun and dipped each bite in homemade ranch.

After I was done I felt a strange euphoria followed by a "come down". The sausage made me high dude...

I thought about putting this in the cookbook thread...but its just too fuckin awesome.

I always wanted Hardee's to make a chicken fried steak sandwich smothered in sausage gravy and cheese with bacon stacked on top of it.

Just a fair warning...I made this over 7 days ago and I believe it is still with me.

It is a part of me now. I think 3/4 of it is just lodged somewhere and kicking other foods ass.

Will I eat one again? Mother fuck yes.
