Zarth is only internet famous. (Or, CP famous, thanks to GC) Nobody actually watched that movie, let alone thought he was a great villain. He's all show, no go. :harumph:

and he likely won't last long. there are 128 villains, and I could've gone bigger (had I wanted to spend more time on this). his odds of advancing very far aren't high.

he made it onto the list basically by being on the top 100 villains of movie history by AFI. if you don't consider him a villain, take it up with them.
