Worked for me, make sure you don't put dashes in the phone number box.

The picture of the guy is over top of the boxes for me. I can't fill in the blanks, click on the tabs or anything.

I'll just try it when I get home.

I just saved the file and then re-recorded my personal greeting on my phone by playing this and putting my phone mic up to my laptop speaker. Yeah, it's not high quality sound. But who cares? Its hilarious.
