Embarrass my mother to pick me up at a bar??? That is something I cannot even fathom. I would have never dreamed of putting my mother in a situation to be around drunks and a bar. If I was that big of a shitbag my dad would have showed up instead and tossed me a beating for even thinking about it. If you are old enough to drink at a bar you are old enough to have enough money to call a cab. My kids were taught if you are in a bad situation I will come get you. Once they were old enough they still knew that offer stood. That said they handled themselves. If it came up they would never put their mom in that situation because they don't suck at life~
