Courtesy of Nik Lewis of the Calgary Stampeders last week; the defender isn't even that at fault here. Anyway, since it's still August and there won't be pre-season for a little while longer, thought y'all might enjoy this.

It also bears mentioning that he does this with a fair degree of regularity

Oh, and somewhat unrelated, but he can also knock the f*ck out of some MLBs.

No. It's dangerous. And almost completely stops momentum. He's better off lowering his shoulder into the guy. Chase Coffman was well known for this at Mizzou, and although he was amazing, he could have easily been flipped upside down and broken his neck.

Well obviously you pick your spots... It's not exactly a go-to move. When I say 'he does this with regularity' I mean maybe once or twice a season. But in these situations, he gets the extra yards, and doesn't take as big a hit. And it looks effin' cool. What else do you want from summer football?

I just don't like it.

I mean, if it's the only way to score a TD, then it's well worth the risk. But I just don't like the thought of it in the open field like that.

It's just not my cup O' tea.

BTW, football starts on Sunday man, don't act like we have 2 more weeks. It's finally here!

Like I said... Pick your spots. And that was about the most unathletic hurdle he could've attempted.

You mean, you don't at all care that pre-season is upon us and we actually get to see teams/individuals compete?

It'd be more impressive if MU fans hadn't seen Chase Coffman do that about a thousand times.

Wild over statement in the thread title.

Maybe someone can delete those videos and put this one in. It's much closer to reality.

Those Dante Hall moves made me question the NFL's authenticity. Somebody paid Wilson off

Well, leaving your feet is one of the stupidest things you can do in the open field. I think it should only be done in goal line or inches to go situations by the Runningback right behind the LOS.
