View Full Version : Chiefs Chiefs Bucs NFLN replay?

On NFL.com's schedule it says they will air the Chiefs @ Bucs game at 6AM Estn on Sunday.

Yet there is a game that starts at 4AM Estn, and each game runs 3 hours long.

On the site the Chiefs game is written out like this: NFL PRESEASON GAME: KC vs. TB [TD][P] (Cont.) 2010 NFL Preseason Game: Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

My question is what does the bolded part mean?

I Checked on the dish schedule and it shows nothing for the Chiefs at this time. Only Monday @ 1AM Estn.

I'd rather not have to wait 2 days after the game to watch this.

Check your guide. Mine said that same thing but it changed to noon on Monday.

FWIW according to the online TV Guide, the NFL Network channel is not showing the game until noon Monday.

WTF. That's BS. The guide said 6 am ET before. I was looking forward to waking up and watching this game.

Same thing happened to me on Direct. It had the earlier game listed, but now it doesn't.

On the flip side...it looks like the home opener against Philly is going to be on at 8 Pacific on Friday night.

Yep. We got fucked. Wonder why they changed it. we got bumped so they can show the Jets game. And they're going to play the Colts/Bills game AGAIN.

They're showing more than one game twice before they show the KC/TB game once.

My guess is that TD stands for "tape delayed".

Since the original schedule had another 3-hour game airing at 4 AM, maybe the P stands for "in progress"?

I live out of state and can't watch any of the pre-season games on tv, so I watch them online as they are live. Go here:

Game is blacked out in Tampa, it has to air in Tampa before it can air on NFLN, which will be some time on Sunday.

So with blackouts, they still have to air the game? They just can't show it live?

It's not too bad. Not great. Sometimes it drops out. But hey, what are you going to do?
