It's pretty unlikely that you'll find it on even at a Chiefs bar. There's no NFLST for preseason games, so about the only (legal) option to watch games out of market is through the NFL's streaming for $30:

From what I was told last week, there's no way to legally watch a live preseason game out of market unless it's a national telecast. So I guess what I'm saying is I highly doubt it.
