Wife flew home last night,
Here's what she flew home to weather wise.
Kinda hard not to worry about your family 3500 miles away when this is heading straight for them. (Right hand side)

**UPDATE

We lost a tree in the back yard,
Hospital lost the roof.
LOTS of major flooding from rain and waves pounding the island
(Stop and consider this for a sec, Bell Island is a chunk of rock 200' above sea level in the middle of Conception bay)
Power is still out hours later on most of teh island
and the place is in basically a state of disaray borderline emergency.

Here's a look at where the boat crosses over to the island

do you have a generator at your house and have you consider cutting all the trees around your house?
