What are our odds of winning the division right now?

Not sure if this is a good place to put this or not, but what the heck. Next week:

Denver at Tennessee
Houston at Oakland
Arizona at San Diego

Chance we could gain a little more ground on one or more of the division.

Hey I checked the scores and was surprised to see San Diego go down to Seattle. Pretty pleased personally so I could care less if no one else cares.

What are our odds of winning the division right now?

About 52% assuming that every team in the NFL is the same strength. AdvancedNFLstats.com will have the team efficiency ratings sometime in the next couple weeks.

It was an awasome day. Temp dropped football was great with all the AFCW losing except the 3-0 first palce Chiefs and the wife made the first pot of home made soup of the fall. Just a great day all around.

Close game, big mistakes on both sides.. No shame in losing at Qwest or Arrowhead IMO

Pains me to say that the Chiefs looked like the real deal today. KC has climbed out of the AFCW cellar & is a legit contender for the division crown. Now that the Sandy Eggo window is closing, Chiefs look like they are right up there with them. But don't discount Denver quite yet... Orton tore up the field today (476 passing yards). The Broncos may have one of the league's premier passing games... Chiefs have shown that they have one of the best run games. Seems to be a 3-way race so far....

Man, there's some seriously huge Crow Pie to be served up around these parts. I didn't think we'd win more than one game before the bye.
This is pretty fucking awesome.

One thing about the rest of the division, they like to stick together. Weeks one and three they were 0-2, and week 2 they went 3-0.

If Denver could run the ball... they might have been able to keep Manning off the field a bit more yesterday. Young Oline, but they're good at pass blocking. All in all, they looked pretty good. The defense gave up some big catches, but most do against Indy.

We'll see how the next few weeks go.. I sure wish they had kept Hillis though, he looked good vs BALT - amazes me that McDork couldn't find a place for him in the offense.

Congrats to KC ... they're looking good.

I can't even really talk about his decision to go for it on 4th when they were down 7 with 9 minutes left. WHY? They struggled on previous attempts down close, so take your 3 and kick it off. This guy is very frustrating.

Its possible he gets better but really honest and truly I think he may set Denver back for 5 years like Herm did here. And I'm no homer, though I have been called that, I could see the problems with Herm almost before he landed in KC.

I doubt that. He has brought in some pretty good talent, which already sets him apart from Herm. And you can see the foundation being built in Denver. Which you never could with Herm.

I think Bowlen gives him at least two more years. If Denver doesn't make it to the playoffs next year though. :cuss:

Congrats to the Chiefs. It looks like Pioli and Haley have the team headed in the right direction.
