While they can't really be amazing on a bad team until more factors play out, you're basically giving the team another team captain and seasoned veteran. It was a good watch, TH did talk along time and it was all about being a hardass at first compared to this year with other coaches to take the reins some and players buying into the process, this offseason compared to last offseason (attendance and players being in shape).

TH knows we're coming together but also a bit lucky, saying we have to do much more before we can say we've really improved or legit now.

Overall he was very good natured and upbeat. he did talk a lot and he knew it, so he poked fun at himself for it.

Just the other day, Rome was talking about one of his first radio gigs. He said it was a sit down show, with one guest... for an hour. Figure in commercial breaks, and he said he was left with about 45 minutes to fill.

He was talking about how some guests were fantastic, and the time just flew by. Then you had the guys who were a shitty interview, or just in a bad mood. (an hour of one word answers) He said they made that hour show feel like it took 3 weeks to get through.

Haley made his job very easy there...lol He appreciates it, I'm sure.
