I would have received:

Brandon Marshall, Steve Smith (NYG), Jon Stewart and Pierre Thomas

I would have traded:

Marshawn Lynch, Ryan Mathews, Wes Welker.

I just don't think it made me that much better. I have Maclin, Moss and Welker as my starters now.

Would you have rejected?

Don't know your whole roster but I would have taken that trade. You don't gain anything in the run game but you upgrade your WR big time.

Matthews has been a disappointment in regards to his pre-draft hype. Tolbert has been nearly his equal if not better.

My current roster is:

Peyton, Forte, Mathews, Lynch, Fred Jackson, Hightower, Moss, Welker, Maclin, Mike Williams, Demarious Thomas.

I told him I wasn't taking it, but it's still available on my team page. I think I might have to re-think this.

I would take it. You have Forte and Jackson at RB. Two starting RB getting the bulk of the carries. At WR you have Moss, Marshall and whatever other WR you want to plug in for that week. I would do it. Who knows what Lynchs value is but sell high. Piere is still hurt but he has high upside when he comes back.

I have a pending trade offer where I'd get Lynch for Colston... I'm relatively deep at receiver and Colston has been a disappointment, and I'm screwed at RB....... the offer expires at 5 tomorrow, so I'm going to see what Lynch does first (and Michael Bush should be good for another week at least until McFadden is 100%).

Here's the problem I have with the original deal:

Mathews is going to get more carries. I feel his value right now is low as hell and can only improve.

I think Welker's value might spike (I'm the clear minority) being the #1 option. I don't necessarily trust Marshall with Henne and Steve Smith and Maclin might post similar numbers now that Nicks is the clear #1.

I have no problem trading Marshawn Lynch, but as the deal was constructed, my depth at RB would be shit, and I'd have to make another deal to level it out by shipping off Maclin or Mike Williams.

I'm glad someone like Ari takes issue with these threads. I won't use it as a "look at me moment" like he did when he fucking tried to rig a league and screw people out of a season worth of work in one day.

I'm also sorry that soliciting opinions rubs you the wrong way. I agree I have posted an excess of fantasy threads to stimulate conversation. I've been more fantasy trigger shy this year than in the past so I apologize for the fantasy threads I started in the lounge on a football message board.

I think Fitz's value with Max Hall takes a big hit (as it did with Anderson). I'd sell now on the bye before there's another game.

How can it be laughable? That auction for the tickets... I bid 0.01 over at like 4pm the day before and NO ONE else bid for like 10 hours. And I would have been fine with that bid NOT being accepted. Big deal.

It was a joke not an attempt to screw some charity. People had plenty of time to bid... IMO, the charity got an extra penny. :)
