Still not a fan, but them's the stats...I fear we are doomed to suffer from Hamas' Cassel prediction.

Matt's our QB next year with no rookie waiting behind him. Face it.

How many of those are TDs made by the receivers adjusting or making spectacular catches? How many of those yards are the same? (Hint: Copper's outstanding grab good for 16 today. DBowe's 1st and 2nd TDs.)

Cassel haters will continue to find ways to use inferred justification for their hate.

The answers to that question are themselves assumed to be true facts.

That doesnt matter. receivers are supposed to make plays. Chiefs have had some drops for him as well. It kind of evens out.

I am not a Cassel fan, hate hiim as our QB, but hey, them stats dont lie.

I'll give you that, but, unfortunately, stats do lie.

There is no reason to 'hate' Cassell.

Conversely there is no reason to 'love' Cassell.

The management has shown that they are going to stick with him. Give the man props for being an excellent game manager even though he sucks as a QB.

All we need is for Matty to be servicable.

He was that this week. He was that last week.

Nothing is going to change this year. Matty is our QB. For better for worse.

(and everything I typed pained me to express, I have come to grips with my hatred for the man as QB means nothing.)

Best compliment I can give this offense is they are starting to look very Vermeil/Al Saunders caliber.

On the other hand, how many drops and receiver route running failures are involved.

That works both ways. How many of his "bad" throws that everyone bitches about were because the receiver was in the wrong place?
