Browns accuses Saints of dirty play

The Cleveland Browns understandably were happy after they scored an unlikely upset win over the Saints on Sunday.

But some members of the team were upset, due to their belief that the Saints played dirty.

Said Josh Cribbs of the Browns of a pile that erupted after a fumble, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, "They were grabbing my crotch.''Safety Nick Sorensen (who once was accused by Pacman Jones of crotch grabbing) claims that another area of his body was abused.

"I was at the bottom and they were gouging my eye and all of that stuff,'' Sorensen said. "They were gouging my eye and ripping into my face. It was dirty, but that's just what happens. They pulled my helmet off a couple of times, but I don't know if it's the helmet or the fact they probably shouldn't be grabbing my facemask. I don't know, it's just part of the deal.''

Presumably, Sorensen's eyes and Cribbs' crotch will be hurting a little less than they would have been if the Browns had fallen to 1-6.

This raises an important question. Is all the crotch grabbing against the Browns due to:

A) Something in Cleveland's water that just seems to make peoples' man regions especially grab-able and pleasing to rough up in body piles

B) There is no issue of crotch grabbing; the Browns have just been taught by Mangini to complain about actions that happen every game in every pile

C) A and B

Eye gouging and crotch grabbing has been going on for as long as there have been fumbles and pile ups... The Brown's players are being weepy whiney bitches about it. They need to suck it up, and accept it. (puns not intended, but hell I'll take em.)

For the last time...this isn't baseball! Football players don't wear cups for a very good reason. Try it out for yourself. Put one on and have some guy tackle you from the side. After you dig the cup out of the bloody muscle tissue of both thighs, you should probably be driven in for stitches.
