Search is back on (and server update)

For what it's worth, I think I'm done with all of the server tweaks I've been wanting to make, so I've turned the search back on for now. We'll see how it behaves and go from there.

Also, if you ever sit there for a few minutes and then get a database error, just try and reload the page. We've got it set to time out delayed connections so that they don't clog up the queue and drag the whole place down. Hopefully those will be rare at this point, but they may still happen on occasion.
