He reminds me of a guy who lacks elite speed and can't consistently catch the football.

Edwards is a good example. I would also offer up Houshmandzadeh.
When I think of Bowe, I think of great RAC potential, good size, effort, and athleticism, average speed, and inconsistent hands and field awareness. He's better than Houshmandzadeh in the areas where he's good, and worse in the areas where he's weak.

Edwards is much faster than Bowe and is pretty much an asshole from what i understand
Bowe is a good guy i think, just immature and never did learn to catch with his hands ... 'Body catchers' tend to be inconsistent.

Edwards is a good example of why teams dont like picking WR's much in the top 5 anymore.
You can get just as decent production out of guys in lower rounds with the way the rules are so slanted towards the passing game.

He's slow, can't create separation, drops a lot of timely passes.
The only reason he was drafted so high is because JaMarcus Russell made him look good in college.ROFLROFLROFLROFLROFL

He's a good receiver in the redzone. That's it.
Other than that, he's average or below average at everything.
The Raiders have a young receiving core, guys with elite physical skills and speed. I'll take our receivers as a whole over yours.

The Raiders symbol at mid-field seem damper than any part, due to the promotional pre-game "PISS ON YOUR TEAM'S LOGO DAY" yesterday.

Something to that, I suppose.

Not really.
People can put eight men in the box all day, and leave their corners out one on one with Bower because he's not a threat.
If he was an actual threat to burn a corner and catch the ball downfield, your rushing game would be even better because the defense would have to commit a safety to his side.
Look at what happened on Sunday. The Raiders manned up on Bowe all day, and stacked all their safties in the box and shut down your overrated running game.
Get used to that happening as the year goes on. The Raiders just set the blueprint.

You don't understand what I'm saying. At all.
You said that "he's average or below average at everything." That's simply not true. He's a big reason our running game is this good due to his blocking.

Brandon LaFell is a Dwayne Bowe clone. Julio Jones is a lot like Bowe, which is why I want nothing to do with Jones on this team.
