Yes, very true. But that doesn't mean the honus is fully on them, or even solely on the coaching staff as I have implied in the opening post. But in the case of a young team the coaching staff has to compensate.

I like Haley. Big fan, in fact.

But these guys have come out either flat or way too nervous in the last two games. We may well have a problem in preparing these guys to play. Not good.
