I edited the pic out of the OP. I've been pretty lenient in the past, but I'm going to start enforcing f-bombs in images. They can't be caught by our filters, and while it doesn't bother me personally, I think it's important to give people the option to see them or not.

Precisely, as incestuous as the NFL is(everybody knowing everybody that is) I theorize that someone on the inside of the Bronco organization who wants Josh out probably leaked this info knowing this would eventually get down to Haley thus Pioli/Haley were probably able to "push the envelope" on the this "McVideo Gate" issue without any of the Chiefs fingerprints on this. :thumb:

It still stings because Haley did not have his team properly prepared and seriously underestimated Orton and the passing game. More importantly Haley and the Chiefs bought into the so-called on the surface appearance of a "meltdown in Denver" as well because the Broncos had just lost 4 in a row especially after the DUI of DJ just days before the game. Psychologically, as some of you said prior that game was a perfect 'trap game' for Haley and the Chiefs especially with a "beat up Chiefs 2ndary".

So the 'real question' should be, "who was Haley 'really' pissed off after the game"?? IMO he just took it out on McDaniels after the game using the "running up the score" reason although never stated. But in essence Haley displayed classic "projection".

Bottom line: He was more pissed at himself for not having his team psychologically ready to play by underestimating the opponent and being 'outcoached'.
