I laughed when I read the blurb off to the right. I can't believe he has the nerve to claim that he's an "agend-free" columnist. While at the Star he was obsessed with his agenda.

Whitlock IS a moron, but every now and then he writes a very good article. This is one of those times.

That LeBron/Vick comparison makes a lot of fucking sense.

Is there a less-liked big-name athlete than King Blames right now?

When he's not writing about the Chiefs and putting his grudge against Pioli on display for all to see he's a great writer. My favorite Whitlock tactic is when he says "I'm not here to moralize" and then proceeds to write several paragraphs sermonizing on the plight of young black males.

I once knew a Pro Bowl NFL receiver who believed being high on marijuana during practice and games was the key to his success. He said he’d been playing and practicing high since high school. He had no idea his reliance on marijuana was the main reason he’d never be a Hall of Fame receiver, and that’s not to suggest there are no recreational drug users in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Any guesses on who this is/was?

Favre is definitely up there. A lot of people have come around on Vick. Not enough people care about hockey for Bertuzzi to qualify. Tiger Woods hasn't really been vilified; people just think he's a sex-addicted creep now.

Hoping that Le James never wins a Championship.
