The pass rush for the Rams has been gone the past few games. Don't worry to much unless the D sacks Cassel 7 times, like they did to Rivers.

The only thing that gives me hope is that we are playing a team with a losing record. We have been doing quite well against such teams.

The W-L record is deceiving. They lost 2 games because of 2 dumb penalties and another one because of a 2nd half implosion.

I maybe sounding like one when I talk about the 2nd half implosion, but they lost one game because of a PI call in OT when it would have been 4th down instead of the 49ers getting a first down and the Raiders beat the Rams because Robbins was called for roughing the passer even though he hardly touched him. The one against the 49ers was called because Atogwe wasn't looking at the ball.

On inside the nfl every one of the guys picked the rams, of all the shows ive watched the experts have picked the rams about 80% of the time.

Which is cool with me, because there's more than enough dumbasses here who count the Texans game as a win because of the PI call on flowers, saying we should be 9-4 right now. That's bullshit, game never should have been close enough to let a shitty call blow it.

It's because every "expert" and their mommas want the Chargers in the playoffs, not the Chiefs. That includes the NFL, they'd rather see the Chargers in the playoffs too.

Which means you can say the samething as the Rams. It's not being a homer when we both agree that the teams we like are better than what their records indicate. But either way, a ref shouldn't be the one who decides if you win or lose.

So, are the Rams. Being tied with a god awful Seattle team that the Chiefs dismantled isn't much to hold thier head up about. However both of these teams have exceeded expectations and have given the fan bases some hope for the future. This is a huge game for both teams. Didn't think it would be at the start of the season.

You gotta be jealous tho. Bradford looks to be the next elite Quarterback in the NFL. I would trade Cassel,Croyle,Palko and even thro in our #3 pick Jackson for him.

Chiefs could EASILY be 10-3 right now if a completely phantom pass interference on Brandon Flowers isn't called at the end of the Texans game (Peter King labeled it the worst PI call of the season, at the time) and if Dwayne Bowe doesn't drop an easy pass for a first down that lets KC seal the victory in Oakland. Two plays. Two wins turn into two losses. Happens to every team.
The Rams aren't the 49ers or Cards, they're no push-over, but I think the Chiefs strength is the outside run game and I don't think St. Louis will have an answer for it no matter who's behind center.

No question about it, Bradford is the real deal. He's like a more mobile Troy Aikman with a stronger arm... we'd be sitting pretty for the next ten years with that guy.

I'm not going to predict a bad game for McCluster against an NFC West team. That's a fool's gambit.
But it's worth noting I predicted he'd do jack against Denver, which was true, and he followed that up by doing something even I couldn't have possibly predicted - DISAPPEARING IN THE BIGGEST GAME OF THE YEAR!
