Refreshing to hear all of these "Chiefs Related" themes revisited by a different fan base:thumb:
Talk radio (1090 AM) calling for the coach to be fired, the GM to be fired, the owners to step up and commit to the community. Word is Norm let the players stay local for Christmas morning and travel out to Cincy Saturday late morning (west coast time). Talk show host sees this as sign of weakness.
Talk radio lamenting the loss of "Marty's hardnosed attitude". Big theme, Norm is the coach of diminishing returns (2 playoff wins, then 1 playoff win, then 0 playoff win, now no playoffs) and is only around because he poses no threat to the GM. Second biggest theme - the Spanos family is too cheap to can the GM and coach.
All this is remarkably similar to KC talk radio three years ago...just glad it's someone else's cross to bear now!!
