Dont know if this has been done before, but here it goes anyways...

Ive found out about many things o the Planet, some small like funny stories or free agents being added to XYZ team, but the biggest thing I found out on The Planet was 9-11 ( I know my profile doesnt say Ive been here that long, but I have).

On the Morning of Sept 11th 2001, I went to my computer, cup of coffee in hand, and went to Chiefsplanet.com to look up the latest on my beloved Chiefs. I couldnt get on at first, computer was slow I thought. Tried again, still couldnt get on and then finally, I was able to get on the lounge main page only to see threads (multiple), saying things like "OMG! THE TWIN TOWERS ARE GONE!". I didnt comprehend what was going on, so I tried to get in the thread itself, but it kept crashing. Then I decied to try CNN.com, couldnt get on--finally the coffee kicked in and I got the sense to turn on the damn TV.

I really appreciate this place. Its fun to bullshit about football and whatnot, but I get alot more out of it as well...

Anyone else have Chiefsplanet tied into big moments or fun moments as well?
