I always like the Valentina, added to your basic durkees. How about ya'll? What do you add that's a tad outta the 'norm?'

Thanks for your answer in advance.

i make so many variations of wings that I dont really have one. My favorite is one I saw on food network a few years ago, and it is peanut butter and jelly wings. I make a peanut sauce for them and a jelly sauce to dip in. They are really good.

I like the manly feel of the wing and drummie being connected, plus I don't have to eat 20 of them. Chicken's chicken when its drowning in cayenne sauce.

I do like the pineapple juice/honey idea mentioned earlier.

Good with dim sum never tried it with wings.

I like garlic and parmesean wings.
Grill wings as Mr. MOhillbilly suggests
Mince some garlic
Combine garlic with parmesean in a bag (ziplock)
Dip wings in melted butter
Drop in bag to coat

They're great by themselves but, if you need spice, add your favorite hot sauce/ spices to the budder.

Does anyone bake their wings? I would love to know how you guys do this if you do.

I really don't fry anything, and typically grill wings. With the snow on the ground I would love to throw some wings in the oven, but need to know how you guys usually cook them in the oven.

I do @ 350°. Then I toss them in my sauce to sit over night. Then I bake again until warm just before serviing. Then re-coat with only the Crystal hot sauce.

I was thinking of deep fryin' 'em just to see how they come out ever since I bought a fry basket to make those Mexican Churros which came out well.

Steam to render out the fat. Bake to crisp the skin.

Bake at 350 like everyone is saying, but if you have a convection oven it does a better job of giving them that fried texture...
