You want the job?

Go into the interview and when given the opportunity, tell them just one(or two or three) idea(s) that you have to improve efficiency in that department. Do NOT speak negative of that department. Have a list of questions you'd like to ask them....take notes during the interview. Look organized. Make eye contact. Too late for this, but over dress for the day, they need to know you're serious about the interview. Some people just interview for the fun of it.
