I wouldn't mind getting O'Dowd.

I'd love to see Kris O'Dowd as the Chiefs center but Costonzo?

I guess the line could be Costonzo/Albert/O'Dowd/Asamoah/?

The interior would be far better and get more push in short yardage situations, I suppose.

You know damn well that the coaching staff would make the offensive line look like this.

Albert/Waters/O'Dowd/Lilja/Costonzo

Any TE named Luke Stocker must be good.

Thankfully the players I hope the Chiefs look at in the first arent seniors, otherwise I would be pretty depressed.

Maybe they don't even draft one of these guys.
But maybe "you" can see the direction they are looking.

Albert/Waters/O'Dowd/Lilja/CostonzoYeah, I was about to suggest the same thing. Although my guess was going to be Albert/Lilja/O'Dowd/Asamoah/Costonzo

In any case, two rookies on the o-line.

Could be...interesting.

(And by "interesting" I mean "ugly")

(But hey, we're used to ugly)

Albert/Asamoah/O'Dowd/Lilja/Costonzo

I don't want Costonzo in the first, but this really isn't a bad setup.

Whew! That's good news. For a second there, I thought our front office guys were at the Senorita Bowl picking up chicks.

Id rather field an OL that looks like this...

LT) Albert
LG) Lilja
C) Wisniewski (first round)
RG) Asamoah
RT) Barksdale (Third round)

...thats if we are talking about 2 draft pick rookies starting on the line

With the glaring need at wr, and debateable need at DT, you'd spend a 1st rounder on a center?

We can sign a WR its never a good idea to draft only for need.

Wisnewski is a little more mobile and athletic than O'Dowd, making him a better fit for a ZBS, and O'Dowd has been injury prone.

I do like O'Dowd's push at the POA better, but I think Wisnewski can get stronger and improve his leverage and technique.

In short, I would not be opposed to this setup at all.

Well of course you don't reach for a receiver you dumb shit. But theres a pretty good chance there is a talented WR worth the pick at 21. Obviously if there is a better NT there, you take it. Or if theres one of those top OL or LB there you take him... but in this years draft it looks like there could be good value at WR for us...

I'm calling my shot. If Julio Jones is there at 21 we take him.

The neighbors to the east will pick him before we do.

I really liked O'Dowd, but he's about 90% of the way to broke dick.

As far as Costanzo is concerned, he's not a RT at all. He's a finesse player.

Thats who I have my eye on. I wouldn't mind Baldwin but Jones is who I want since obviously Green wont be there. But if all three are gone I probably go a different position. I'd be willing to draft someone else over Baldwin also.. obviously just depends on whos there at the pick.

Let me preface my pick by saying I'm not a draft guru by any means. I just like Julio Jones. I don't watch alot of college ball but I do watch Penn St and Alabama when I do. So that's about the extent of my kiperism.
