HAARP is now controlled by the Illuminati. It is constantly on in order to battle the Reptilians and Grays residing inside hollow Earth.

The tsunami is predicted to have a wave 1m (3ft) high. Those in the warning zone should move to high ground, Japanese TV said.

The area was ravaged by an earthquake and tsunami last month which severely damaged the Fukushima nuclear plant.

Thursday's quake was 118km (78 miles) north of Fukushima, 40km offshore.

The Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco), which operates Fukushima, says it is checking on the situation at the damaged plant following the latest earthquake.

The quake was strong enough to shake buildings in Tokyo.

AP Story:

TOKYO – Japan was rattled by a strong aftershock and tsunami warning Thursday night nearly a month after a devastating earthquake and tsunami flattened the northeastern coast.

The Japan meteorological agency issued a tsunami warning for a wave of up to one meter. The warning was issued for a coastal area already torn apart by last month's tsunami.

Officials say Thursday's quake was a 7.4-magnitude and hit 25 miles (40 kilometers) under the water and off the coast of Miyagi prefecture. The quake that preceded last month's tsunami was a 9.0-magnitude.

Buildings as far away as Tokyo shook for about a minute.

U.S. Geological Survey gave the preliminary magnitude as 7.4 and it struck off the eastern coast 60 miles (100 kilometers) from Sendai and 90 miles (140 kilometers) from Fukushima. It was about 215 miles (345 kilometers) from Tokyo.

The depth was 25 miles (40 kilometers). Shallower quakes tend to be more destructive.

Hundreds of aftershocks have shaken the northeast region devastated by the March 11 earthquake, but few have been stronger than 7.0.

That's rough.

Can you imagine the chaos, looting and bullshit that would be happening if this were in the US?

This is a situation where I feel genuine sympathy for those people. It's like Nature is having a bukake party with Japan against her will.

There have been many earthquakes that have killed 100,000 people, and in some cases more than 200,000. Volcanoes have erased entire cites from the earth, worse tsunamis have hit Japan.

This is bad, but in the big picture, other than being visible on youtube, it's not horrible in the big picture of history.

Often some of the most beautiful places on earth to live however. I'd love love to own land and a nice house in San Francisco...if it wasn't San Francisco, CA.

More likely to die in your car than in 'the big one' if you lived in San Fran.

They've had 922 since March 11. On average about 32 earthquakes a day.

IMO, that 20,000 foot Continental shelf/wall may be crumbling. Japan has been moving to the East by several feet this past month.

At what point do they quit being considered "aftershocks" and start being a whole new earthquake?
