Sorry to start another topic on this, but through my last thread some folks questioned me on needing $1500 spending cash. I am going to be there 7 days, I am staying at an All-Inclusive Resort, so food and drink money I don't need a ton of, unless I want to hit some other dining. I do want to take advantage of some activities, snorkling, touring the ruins etc, and probably will buy some gifts for people. Those of you who have been there do you think $1500 is needed, or should I take less?

Don't forget to take your computer. How will you decide what to eat without consulting with us first?

Hey, people give me shit for starting a few Florida threads. I'm just passing it on.

LOL, I know I have posted a lot on this subject, but I figured I would throw one more line out, seeing as I leave here soon.

Take the $1500. If you need it, you have it, if not, throw what's left back in the bank.

That's what I figured I would do, but some people made it seem I was way over shooting my needed cash. So I figured I would bring too much if I didn't need to.

$1500 is enough for 2 days of hookers and blow in Mexico... 2 hours if you're a Sheen.

Take a few hundred with you in cash and then put all the excursions and gifts on your credit card.

2 days?

You serious? When's the last time you been to Mexico?

Shiiiit.....

1500 had better buy you at least a week's worth of hookers and blow. If not, you're doing it wrong.

If I gave you $50, would you bring me back a slave? I hear that Obama wants to legalize them.

I have no idea what you'll need, but there's no way in hell I'd be walking around with that kind of cash in my pocket.

As long as take love, you don't need money. But how will you know if it's true love? Goodness...

Well I won't walk around with it in my pocket silly, I will keep it in the safe in the room! Someone would have to know I had it on me to come at me, because my size is daunting to most.

How far can you throw a football?

How far can you throw a football?

About 75 yards......with my left hand.....on the run against my body, but that was lower than my normal because I had a sprained ankle.

That is more then enough. We stayed in the riveria maya area at all in inclusive.

You want to tip every now and then to get better services. Xel ha is an awesome place. If you go somewhere spend the day doing it instead of cramming activities. Also the paid dance tour into playa is worth it.

The ruins were meh, the bigger ruins are further away and cost more. We did not do those so no idea. But do xel ha. Other then that jut relax. They also have sports activities to do at the resorts.

You can deep sea fish and ride sea dos but that might bump you higher to 2k in spending cash to cover most of the trip.
