Even his tumors are ineffective.

So the tumor was the only part of him that wasn't a cancer?

An excuse for his "Arrowhead is just another stadium, nothing special" quote, before he went 1-15, 4 yards and 2 int performance.

I was at that game.

I was at that game.

Wasn't that the game where some TV appliance store in KC gave away a Big screen TV to the winner of a raffle drawing if the Chiefs shutout the Chargers that day and they did?

Nope, Chiefs won that game 23-7. Natrone Means had a 72 yard run in the 3rd quarter to avert the shutout.

As stated earlier, different game. As I recall though, the deal in question wasn't just for the winner of a raffle, it was for anyone who had purchased a particular tv over a particular promotional period. It made national news as they gave away a large amount of merchandise. Though I think ultimately it was their insurance company that footed the bill. Memory could be hazy though.

Halloween 1999 KC won 34-0. First year SD had Mike Riley as coach. I think DT intercepted his first of 2 pics during his career. San Diego got the ball all the way to the KC 5 but went for it 4th down.

I was looking at the sports page the other day and it had the article about Ryan Leaf having a brain tumor, and then I turned the page and it had an article about former baseball catcher Gary Carter having cancer and then on the next page it had an article about Tony Gwynn having cancer, and then I turned the page and there was an article about some other current NFL player (can't remember who) having cancer or a heart problem or something. It was kind of odd.

Maybe the greatness of American Football provides athletes from all sports with a mystical protection from cancer and now that there's a lockout, cancer is on the prowl.

One more reason to get a deal done as soon as possible.

See if they were allowed to take roids then they wouldn't have these kind of problems! Roids makes your body stronger!
