You are off your rocker if you actually think there were three pitches thrown at him. There were two pitches that were legit inside pitches just off the plate. Papi wasn't even close to getting hit. The third pitch was undoubtedly a brush off. But come on, have you ever pitched in your life? I hate it when power hitters like Barry bonds can take away the entire inside plate. Remember he was legally allowed to wear that enormous elbow pad that was over the plate. You have to pitch papi inside and you have to keep him away from the plate. Papi was the one who started it because he reacted badly to a brushoff pitch. And then the d bag has the nerve to swing for the fences on a 3-0 pitch in the 8th when the sox have a commanding lead. Olsen was stupid for jawing off, but of course papi is the biggest culprit here.

You need to rematch the clip. You have a pretty loose definition of what throwing at a batter is. Again, a statement pitch is throwing at the batters head, throwing right behind the batter, or plugging the guy square in the back. Hitting a batter is extremely easy if you're intending to do it. Olsen did none of those things.

Why do I hate papi? Because he was accused of steroids and the media and fans made excuses and the story disappeared. Because he pouted like a child when the media dared to ask him why he was slumping early last season. And now today, apparently nobody is allowed to ever pitch inside to papi. But the guy gets a free pass, because supposedly "he's a good guy."

I love Baltimore and the Orioles. After all, if they didn't suck so bad and have a shitty fanbase, then Red Sox fans wouldn't be able to take road trips to see the Sox play there. It's a hell of a lot easier, and cheaper, to go to Baltimore and watch the Sox play than go to Fenway. Travel agencies in New England make a ton of money organizing two trips: 1) Red Sox trips to Baltimore, and 2) Patriots games in Miami. Because both fan bases suck balls, and there are always plenty of good seats available.
