He is a gritty players with no real talent. He should be a AAA filler type guy in another organization. The guy really has zero talent.

Sorry if this is a dumb statement, but it seems to me that if it is clear somebody doesn't have the talent to be on a major league roster, and you have depth in the minors, why have him on your roster at all? Does he have trade value?
