All that time away from the football field could lead to some rough early days of training camp.

Edward Lee of the Baltimore Sun reports no less than 11 Ravens suffered what appeared to be “minor” injuries on Thursday at camp. Cramps plagued seven players.

Offensive tackle Eric Vanden Heuvel and linebacker Jason Phillips were carted off the field. Five more players watched from the sidelines. Nine more were missing entirely.

The report is a reminder that we’re back to football, but it will take a while to get back to normal.

Well..ur muscles need lots of water when they're under great stress...like doing something as physically demanding as playing football. Add that to the heat and players being out of shape.. and your gonna get cramped up and sore. And also..I'm really high.
