Should I make this trade? Jetta<->Tiburon

Blew out my back so I need an automatic and a car that is better for the winter in SD. Could you guys please evaluate for me? I've done the basic kbb, nada(is weird because it doesn't have an option for the V6 tiburon), just hoping some mechanical eyes could help me weigh the values off given information. Thanks!

The Tiburon price seems kinda high with that many miles?

I don't know anyone with a VW but have heard stories going both ways. I'd do the trade simply to get out of the high miler. :hmmm:
